Please carefully read our terms and conditions and then click "I Accept" at the bottom of this page to proceed with your reservation.
We require a two nights stay if the reservation includes a Friday or Saturday. An exception to this rule may be possible, but only when approved by phone (800-480-2477). We welcome one night stays (except for cottage 5B) Sunday through Thursday.
We require a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express payment of your first nights charges at the time of making a reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone. Since it costs us credit card fees and time to reserve and to cancel and refund, all reservations are subject to a $10 per room cancellation fee, unless the reservation is changed to another date. Cancellations made with less than 2 days notice of the reservation arrival date will not be eligible for the first nights refund. For multiple room reservations, cancellation notice must be given 7 days in advance of the reservation arrival date for a full refund minus the $10 per room cancellation fee.
Pets are permitted only in cottage 5B. We love our pets as I'm sure you do, however, the condominium homeowners association expressly prohibit guests from having pets on their premises. If there is evidence of a pet having been in a unit the renter is subject to additional cleaning charges.
Smoking is permitted in certain rooms. Other rooms prohibit smoking and if evidence to the contrary is detected the renter is subject to additional cleaning charges.
Theft and damages to any room are also subject to proportional additional charges.
