It's easy.

1. Go to the Check Availability Page. |

2. Enter From Date,
Number of Nights Stay,
and Number of Occupants. |
Type in your arrival date or click the calendar icon and select a date from the drop-down calendar. |
3. Click Search. |
A list of available accommodations and room charges for your stay (excluding the local lodging tax) will appear. Use the Windows slider (right side of panel) to browse the list.
Other accommodations may appear in the list, but only those that are available and meet your requirements will have a Reserve button. If you have a problem getting the accommodations or dates you need online, we urge you to phone our office. 800-480-2477 We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

4. Click Reserve to make a selection. |
In the unlikely case that the accommodation you selected is no longer available, you can use the Back button on your browser to return to Availability Check and try again. |
5. Confirm your reservation. |
Complete the Personal Information form.
Complete Additional Information. If you have a special request, you can note it here. Or phone our office for special needs or questions.
Click Submit to confirm.

You will see the message Reservation is made successfully when complete. Expect an email confirming the details.
